The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Shawnee National Forest getaway.

Welcome to the Shawnee and "Corinth"! The structure in which you will be staying was formerly a two room schoolhouse that's been transformed into a residence. The school's name was Corinth, hence the name of this establishment. Accessed by a private outside entrance with a deck, the space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway, a full bath and a beverage/ closet nook. The deck is a great place to sit and relax while watching the birds, squirrels, rabbits, chickens, and ducks!

Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

Wake up to the water. This guest suite sits on Lake Ann, with a path down to a dock and lakeside deck — perfect for morning coffee, an evening swim, or just watching the light change on the water. Inside you'll find a new Hilton plush queen bed, a cozy living room with a Smart TV, and a kitchenette with a Nespresso machine so you can ease into the day. Past guests keep coming back for three things: the hospitality, the view, and the hundreds of miles of trails right outside the door.

Creekside Adventures

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our guest suite is very spacious and open. Many of our guest have let us know how inviting and relaxing it is to stay in. We also have a creek where our children use to play when they were little. Kids can easily play in it when the weather is nice but please be careful on the walls and stones. We also have a pool area that is available for swimming during late May through early September. We do not allow pets. NO PARTIES.

Enjoy the view of Manhattan from our quiet hilltop two bed/1 bath basement suite with a private entrance, your own thermostat, free Wi Fi, full bath with tub/shower and a room with mini fridge, microwave and TV . Stone steps leading down to a private entrance in the backyard featuring a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. Easy access to KSU campus, Stadium, Aggieville, and Ft. Riley. Guests access the separate space with self check in. Please note the owners live upstairs.

Page's Legacy: Summertime Fun at the Lake

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. You'll love your stay at our 10 acre working farm that backs up to the Stones River National Battlefield. A comfortable stay in a private suite attached to our home. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view of the gardens and farm animals! While we are a working farm, our location is amazingly convenient to all that Murfreesboro has to offer. 1 mile from Stones River Battlefield, Embassy Suites Convention Ctr, Avenue outdoor shopping mall, many restaurants and Interstate 24!

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
