Karl's Haus

This is a cozy little private space located in a small Volga German community known for the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, or "The Cathedral of the Plains," built from 1908-1911. The parish was was declared a minor basilica in 2014 and is one of the "Eight Wonders of Kansas." Victoria is located approximately halfway between KC and Denver and just a mile from I-70. It's a great place to stay the night and still be able to ski the slopes of Colorado the next afternoon if that is your destination.

Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

This 60's insurance agency, turned midcentury modern house, is located 1/2 block to main street- walk to food, shopping & FHSU! There are two bedrooms, and one bathroom all on one floor (no stairs!) with a walk in shower and vintage blue sink. Kitchen with coffee, cooking supplies and farm fresh eggs (in season). Cotton towels and sheets. Enjoy the vintage record player and and a madmen style bar set.

The basement has its own kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, bathroom (standing shower) & 1 bedroom (queen bed).

Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. Beautiful home (3 bedroom, 3 bath) on a nice cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood. Just 1 mile off of I70 and walking distance of Aubel Bickel park. Fenced in backyard with play-set. Garage and driveway parking available. Free wifi and Roku TVs. Super comfortable beds! King in master bedroom, Guest bedroom has twin with trundle. Queen bed in downstairs bedroom. Two large sectional couches. Early check in or late check out for $20/hr (if we can accommodate). Sorry no pets.
