En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: Relájate con toda la familia, en 2024 estrenamos piscina La casa se encuentra ubicada en una zona de pinares a unos 250 m del mar, donde se puede acceder andando. Se trata de una zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos, por lo que se puede oír el sonido del mar. Tiene tres dormitorios, dos con camas de matrimonio y uno con dos camas individuales, un salón comedor muy espacioso y dos baños con ducha, uno en el interior de la vivienda y el otro en el exterior.

A place to come and disconnect. Soak in the southern Spain sun with a sangria by the pool, minutes walking from the beach, grill on the bbq, or experience some of the restaurants around the area. At night you will relax with the tranquility of the neighbourhood, or if you prefer you are minutes away to the night life. Other activities we love to do are walking along the beach watching a sunset, or around the pinewood, eat outside, and go golfing to the multiple courses we have in the area.

Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.
