Casa de Carolina is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront home in Las Conchas with a spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. House for 4 adults and two children. Both bedrooms have ocean views, the master bedroom on the east side has a king bed and full bathroom with handicap grab bars. The second bedroom at Westside has two twin beds and a full bath. There is a 2-night minimum stay during the week and a 3-night minimum stay during the weekends in March, April, May, June, October, and all holidays.

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Your space occupies the DOWNSTAIRS UNIT with your own private entrance, Kitchen, Large Living Room, 2 Bedrooms with Queen Beds and 2 Bathrooms. Feel free to use the large courtyard to relax and BBQ. 1 to 2 dogs allow for a fee of $35 per booking. EV charge available at $25 per charge.

Brand new home in Isla Conchilla within Islas Del Mar, a new gated community just north of Puerto Penasco - just 10 minutes north of the Malecon. With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms containing luxury linens and appointments, the home is designed for large groups. New in 2024: pool heating. We can turn the pool heater on for you for an additional nightly fee.
