Based at the foot of the world-famous Keddie Wye Trestle, this historic 1906 home offers custom woodwork and attention to detail throughout. Outside you will find extensive decks, private river access, and exquisite landscaping. The property borders the National Forest with exclusive trail access leading to your own private swimming holes. You will enjoy your own unique view of the world famous Keddie Wye. Quincy Hide Away: Remote location. 5 miles North of Quincy. Set back from highway 70, this forest house is built on historical gold mining land. Notwithstanding its mining past, staying on this property feels like a retreat in a pristine forest. Fully furnished. The attached sunroom makes the space extra cozy. Wi-Fi is provided. The water supply comes from springs and is stored in two metal tanks, 4000 gallons each. The caretaker has his own tiny house out of sight of the main house.

This creekside Cabin (300sqft) escape is a STUDIO nestled in the forest but with all the city amenities. Complete with a queen bed and a full size bed in an upper loft (wrought iron ladder access, see photos to confirm able to climb it! This is NOT the primary bed.) Full bathroom with tub/shower, recently renovated full kitchen with granite counter tops, and a flat-screen TV with WiFi. A great escape from the Bay Area (San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose 4.5hrs); Sacramento 3 hrs

Updated Home in East Quincy

Enjoy this recently updated home in the heart of East Quincy. The home is located on a quiet street. Walking into the home you're greeted with a large living room and kitchen. The open concept provides a wonderful space for family and friends to gather. Enjoy cooking and spending time in the new kitchen. The home is equiped with a heating and air conditioning unit. Please note, there is a small set stairs to enter the home and we are in the process of upgrading the backyard.

Enjoy a cozy home located right on Spanish Creek. Close to Cascade Trail head perfect for mountain biking, and hiking.
