Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

We are located in a friendly quaint community. A good mix of seasonal cottages and full time residence. The panoramic view is seen from two of the 3 bedrooms. S.A.M.Y.'s Alpaca Farm & Fibre Studio

Alpaca Farm Experience. The bunkie is quiet, has room for 4 ppl, is heated in the winter, and has AC in the summer. We are an active alpaca farm with over 40 alpacas. Our guests can help us take care of them (feed and water alpacas) and take alpacas for a walk in the evening at no extra cost There is a big fire pit for a bonfire and lots of space to sit around and watch the stars at night. Firewood is provided.
