This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 15 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

In the house is dominant a high functionality of the space and good connection with numerous terraces. Comfortable, designed for holidays, suitable for families with children. Depending on the needs and the concept of stay of our guests, we will very much like to try to complete the pleasure.
