Cozy apartment & sauna in the center of Saariselkä

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

Peaceful log cabin by the lake Inari

HOX! Sauna is not in use in May 2026! Peaceful log accommodation located next to the lake Inari. Main building, hut and storage. A parking lot and pier at lake. Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.

Hiljaisuuden kylän mökit ovat käsin veistetty 30 vuotta sitten. Vuonna 2023 mökit ovat täysin uudistettu. Mökistä löytyy oma wc, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, mikro ja jääkaappi. Mökin terassilta löytyy puulla lämmitettävä kylpytynnyri. Kylpytynnyri on erikseen tilattavissa. Alueella on päärakennus josta löydät a-oikeuksilla varustetun ravintolan, jossa tarjoillaan aamiainen sekä valmistetaan tilauksesta päivällistä. Päärakennuksessa myös erilliset wc:t ja suihkut naisille ja miehille.

Minikodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset myös puulämmitteinen sauna, autamme sinua halutessasi saunan lämmityksessä, wifi. Isoista ikkunoista avautuu kaunis näkymä järvelle ja pohjoiselle taivaalle. This cottage might look too good to be true - but it's real! Our log cabin called Savu is located just next to the beautiful, rocky, fishy and pure lake Ukko as you can see in pictures. Savu is furnished with style by Finnish design. You can chill along fireplace and check aurora borealis from your own pier. Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.

Rauhallinen sijainti, jossa hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet retkeilyyn, hiihtämiseen ja pyöräilyyn, Soveltuu hyvin pariskunnalle, perheelle tai ystäväporukalle, ja erityisesti omatoimimatkailijoille. Varustevuokraamo ja Tunturikeskus Kiilopää kävelyetäisyydellä. Alle 20min autolla Saariselän laskettelurinteisiin, ja muihin palveluihin, 10min kävelymatka Urho Kekkosen Kansallispuistoon.

Mökki revontulien alla

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua puhtaan luonnon keskellä. Mökki sijaitsee pienessä kylässä keskellä Lapin erämaata. Täällä voit harrastaa hiihtoa, lumikenkäilyä sekä kalastusta. Lisäksi järjestämme moottorikelkka retkiä toiveiden mukaan. Mökiltä on matkaa Rovaniemen kaupunkiin noin 75km. Private log cabin by the lake of Inari

This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.

Aurora Husky Hut, koe pala erämaan taikaa

Experience staying at the edge of a husky farm in our cabins, which are built in the spirit of the wilderness without running water, but still so that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The cottages have everything you need, but nothing extra: a double bed, a small dining table, a wood stove with a stove top, a kitchen corner with handwashing and dishwashing facilities, and an eco-toilet. A traditional wooden sauna will crown your day.
