The Shedhouse at Milbrodale Farm

The Shedhouse at Milbrodale Farm is a stylish modern cottage surrounded by vines and olive trees and set on a 12-acre vineyard in Milbrodale. Relax and enjoy the views in this peaceful countryside setting. We cater to couples, friends and small families who are looking for a place to escape the rat race but still close enough to enjoy all that the Hunter Valley offers. Guests can also wander through the vineyard, enjoy a tasting (on request) and take in the surrounding captivating scenery.

Self-contained with two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other has your choice of king or twin beds. A large living area with a slow combustion wood burning fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric blankets for cool winter nights. Equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave and full size fridge. There's a BBQ on your own outdoor balcony, where you can enjoy the glorious view of the sun setting over the vineyard. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive away and Port Stephens 1 hour.
