Maretejas-Cozy flat in Playa de Arinaga

Relax and enjoy the little village of Arinaga on the south-east coast of Gran Canaria. Maretejas, situated on a second floor without elevator, is a two bedroom appartment, each one with a 1'50cm bed, living room and kitchen . The beach is just 4 minutes from the appartment. There is a wide range of restaurants and coffee bars in the village which is around 15 minutes to the airport, and 36 km to Las Palmas city center. Arinaga belongs to the municipality of Agüimes, a charming canarian village.

Está ubicado en un lugar único de la costa, a escasos metros del agua, en una zona de arena dorada, negra (volcánica) y piedras.

La casa de Eni

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

La playa de Arinaga se encuentra en la costa sureste y pertenece al municipio de Agüimes. Tiene unos 600 metros de longitud, es un verdadero tesoro, ya que la parte costera de Arinaga es poco frecuentada por los turistas. Principalmente es de arena negra y de piedra, la zona que rodea la playa es un área marina protegida. A lo largo de toda la costa hay sitios para acceder al mar y bañarse. Arinaga está considerada como una de las mejores zonas de buceo y snorkel de la isla de Gran Canaria.

Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
