Our house is located only 70 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Surrounding is peaceful with pine forest right next to the house. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. We recommend it especially for couples and families looking forward to a beautiful, relaxing and romantic holiday. Luce - stone house decorated with a lot of details

House Luce is a beautiful Mediterranean stone house completely renovated a couple of years ago with a lot of love and attention. The owner paid attention to every detail and the house exudes tradition, creativity and a pleasant atmosphere. It is located in a quiet location but close to everything. It spreads over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. In front of the house guests can enjoy on the terrace with a pergola and garden furniture. Private parking is 100 m from the house.

Novouređeni apartman kapaciteta za 4 osobe je moderno opremljen, čine ga spavaća sobe s bračnim krevetom i dodatni bračni krevetom u dnevnom boravku, kuhinja, kupaonica i balkon. Wi-Fi, parking, boravišna pristojba i AC su u cijeni. Pješčana plaža je na 30 sekundi hoda od apartmana, a udaljen je od ostalih plaža, glavne trgovine, pošte, ljekarne i restorana na 5 minuta hoda. Šilo je malo mjesto na istočnoj obali Krka preko puta Crikvenice. Ljeti je gliserom svakodnevno povezan s kopnom.

Apartman u Crikvenici, sa predivnim pogledom na more, udaljen je 200 m od prvih plaža te 50 m od prvog dućana te 500 m od Špar trgovine. Apartman je idealan za parove ili parove sa dijetetom. Uz apartman imate siguran i privatan parking, klimu uređaj te pravo na upotrebu grill roštilja i vanjskog tuša. Apartman ima balkon sa predivnim pogledom na more. Centar Crikvenice je udaljen 3 minute autom ili 20 minuta pješke. Bliži centar Selce je udaljen 10 minuta pješke ili 2 minute autom.

New apartment for 4 persons is located on the 2 nd floor of a residential building, with total area of 45 square meters. It consists of a balcony, a living room, kitchen and dining room(located in the same room), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen cloths, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Apartment is also equipped with internet, satellite TV and air conditioning.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Kuhinja, blagavaona i dnevni prostor se nalaze u jednoj prostoriji. Krevet je veličine 160x200. Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.

This modern ground-floor studio is just 10 m from the sea and 60 m from the beach. It features a 15 m2 terrace with sun loungers and sea views, plus a smaller terrace with a dining table. Inside, there's a kitchen with an induction stove, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additional amenities include a shared BBQ, solar shower, laundry room, free parking.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
