The villa is located in a olive groove 300 from the sea with a fantastic sea view on the mainland across Poros. The house is modern, built in 2014. It is fully equipped with all appliances and furniture to make your stay comfortable. It has a modern underfloor cooling-heating system to keep the temperatures in the house stable so no noisy air condition. What makes Villa Elia very special is the fantastic pool and barbecue area. This is the place where our guests spend most of their time.

It is located above the sea and next to the Pausanias Baths. The accommodation can host 3 people with a swimming pool and all amenities. Spa services are provided within the accommodation. Breakfast and brunch are available upon request. Right next door is Sea You Soon & Spa 1.
