Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. Best location in the Harbor- It is a 40' boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. I am located right next to the naval base and I am 40 minutes from LA and 30 minutes from Santa Barbara! I am also right next to the PCH which will take you to Malibu and Santa Monica!
