A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

nice le port : appartement rénové dans une résidence sécurisée avec ascenseur et fibre. ce logement dispose d'une entrée , d'un séjour, d'une cuisine ouverte équipée, d'un coin nuit, douche, de wc et d' une buanderie. Le séjour est doté d'un canapé lit (couchage 194X140 cm), d'une table pour manger, télévision et climatisation réversible. (non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite) lit bébé et une chaise bébé sur demande (à préciser lors de la réservation).
