Our accommodation has an open plan kitchen diner, with 4 bedrooms (3 x beds are zip & link), 3 En-suites & a family bathroom, offering the perfect base to explore the delights of Snowdonia with so many famous landmarks & attractions right on the doorstep. Ffermdy Bach is a self contained cottage adjoining our Welsh farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for exploring Snowdonia. Located near the picturesque Portmeirion Italian village, the Ffestiniog Narrow Gauge Railway, and the Coastal Path, it offers a range of walking trails, from leisurely strolls to challenging hikes. We are also close to the harbour town of Porthmadog. The owner is knowledgeable about the area and can recommend places to visit, including excellent local restaurants and pubs, all accessible by bus and train.

Set amongst the Snowdonia National Park countryside, the annex offers a cosy, quiet retreat next to a garden stream and waterfall. Used as part of the original sawmill as a store room for the timber, this converted outbuilding has kept its historic character alongside modern features. The building is detached, self-contained & set away from the owner's house with a shared driveway and access up to Llyn Mair (only 15 mins away) from a garden entrance.

Within its traditional stone walled boundary, you're greeted by the most tranquil and picturesque of settings on the banks of the Afon Dwyryd. Afon Cariad is a traditional detached stone cottage set in three acres of land on the riverbank and at the foot of a beautiful nature trail and nature reserve - Coed Cymerau.
