Skirinish Farm cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard. Great for a romantic getaway, the cottage is at the end of a private road, situated close to the sea on a private peninsula. Relax in the cottage or use it as a base to explore the many attractions on Skye. Close to the main village of Portree and the harbour at Uig with access to the Outer Hebrides the cottage is perfectly situated. The cottage has good WIFI, perfect for WFH. Warm and cosy in winter as well as summer.

Indigo is a beautiful traditional croft house overlooking Loch Greshornish and the township of Edinbane on the Isle of Skye. Situated on a slope with vantage of uninterrupted views, within walking distance of the village centre and its two renowned restaurants and only a 15 minutes’ drive from Portree, it is excellently positioned for exploring the Isle of Skye. Indigo has retained many of its original features, filled with charm and character, and feels especially cosy with the log burner on.

Heatherfield house self catering cabin The Shack

The Shack is a cosy cabin for two that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Situated in Penifiler, a 10 minute drive from Portree, and close to the shore it has stunning views over Loch Portree. Centrally located on the island, it is an ideal spot to be based. It has a comfortable open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and double, en-suite bedroom. Outside there is a private seating area where, if the weather is behaving, you will be able to see the Old Man of Storr.

The Crofter's House, Isle of Skye

The Crofter's House is a traditional Scottish croft house that has been renovated to create a calm and peaceful retreat in the wild landscape of the Isle of Skye. Situated beside Camustianavaig Bay, the house enjoys a rural location, yet is only five miles from Portree. The house has been featured in a number of publications including Elle Decoration, Conde Nast Traveller, Time Out, and Homes & Interiors Scotland. NB: the five-mile road to Camustianavaig is a single track (tarmac) road.

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. We are located in Bayfield, Portree, an out of the way quiet street that has the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to the heart of Portree and Somerled Square, which is where all the local shops, restaurants and pubs are located.
