Perfect accommodation for couples or families. The safari tents have their own bathroom, hot water, 2 bedrooms and a cosy living with full kitchen. Everything inside the tent is made of wood, which will give a rustic feeling..The master-bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, the second room has a bunkbed and a singe bed (90/200cm).

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might have neighbours.

Tenda acolhedora na floresta de sobreiros

Com a nossa tenda, aninhada dentro de uma floresta de sobreiros, poderá voltar a ligar-se à natureza sem comprometer o conforto. Desfrute da atmosfera serena e coma um delicioso pequeno-almoço no nosso espaço exterior com produtos locais/orgânicos (incl. no preço). Monte Amadia, encontra-se num local calmo e conveniente, a 25 minutos das praias imaculadas de Vilanova de Milfontes/Porto Covo. Tudo aqui foi feito por nós, com amor e 99% de materiais naturais para poder desligar :)

Quinta Aurora offers a lifetime experience. A stay in one of the 3 Auroras will bring you back to the Bedouin tents from the Middle East in style and experience. The safari tents from Africa of the scientific pioneers there and the tents as the Arabs use them to this day. Experience a stay where unspoiled nature, unique views, serene tranquility and 300 days of sunshine are brought together. Enjoy a book or glass of wine, freshly grilled fish on the beach or a day out.

Lotus Belle tent on agroecologic farm

Enjoy staying in the lotus belle tent at our little oak forest next to a fresh water spring. It is part of the 11ha farm Quinta de Ciparros. The tent has 5m diameter and is ideal if you search for a simple and aesthetic stay in nature (with lights and sockets). There is a freshwater pool around 60m away from the tent. (Use at your own risk.) Our family lives around 100 m away, in the main house of the farm. We grow and sell vegetables (agroecologic, small scale).
