It is close (200-500 metres) to all the shops, beaches, restaurants and just a little away from the daily rush and crowds. The Villa has big heated pool (8x4 metres) which is shared with other 3 apartments in the house as well as the garden and children playground. It has private parking.- all in price. Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.

Apartment 4 + 1 2-room apartment 70 m², in the centre of place Povlja by the sea, free public parking available on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment contains two double bedrooms with king size bed and exit on the balcony - terrace, one extra bed in one of the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and outside barbecue.

Casa Mola je kuća koja se nalazi u masliniku 1,5 km udaljena od Sumartina, mjesto na kojem imate potpunu privatnost, mir i tišinu a svega ste nekoliko minuta vožnje autom udaljeni od centra mjesta i prekrasnih plaža. Topla voda i struja se napajaju solarnim panelima. Odmorite se i opustite u ovoj mirnoj oazi.
