Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

We are a few blocks away from some of the best restaurants, shopping and coffee shops in town. There is a gas fire place and bathtub for cozy nights and outdoor space for sunny days.
