The apartment is located just 300 meters from the entrance of the Herculaneum excavations and the Mav Museum of Herculaneum. The apartment comes with a large bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Casa Procidana come una volta, al centro del porto di marina grande,dove affaccia ad una meravigliosa vista che va da capo miseno a punta faro. L'appartamento conserva tutte le caratteristiche delle abitazioni Procidane di un tempo, in modo da potervi far immedesimare in un luogo storico dell isola. Dal balcone è possibile apprezzare lo spettacolo di luci che illumina la baia Procidana. Caratteristiche invece le paranze che giorno dopo giorno preparano le reti per uscire in mare.

Profumo di mare è un attico bilocale di nuova costruzione, in villa, con un ampio terrazzo panoramico. È situato nella baia di Cartaromana, con vista sul golfo di Napoli (Vesuvio, penisola Sorrentino, isole di Capri, Procida e Vivara). L'attico è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. L'ampio terrazzo (50 mq), coperto per metà da una tettoia, è attrezzato con ogni comfort.
