A very private and cosy stone Tiny House with stunning mountain & pool views. PERFECT IF YOU LOVE SILENCE, NATURE. The local area has a river, castle, winery, mountains and mediterranean beaches. This lovely mezzanine studio has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The private terrace outside has a BBQ, table, chairs and amazing views to enjoy your evening glass of vino! The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

The main house is located nearby and you will have absolute privacy. The property is off-grid with rainwater collection (drinking water provided), solar electricity and satellite internet.

The vineyards belong to the DO Monsant and is situated a few kilometres from DOQ Priorat. Within 50 minutes from the beach and an 1h from Port Aventura. Ideal for a family fun day out.
