We are a Portuguese family that knows all the islands of the Azores, and completed in August 2018 this retreat, to get away from our busy lives in London. Until the day comes that we can enjoy it full time, we have decided to share the amazing space we have created with others that love the nature, mountain and sea that is always surrounding us. The house is within Prainha, the most beautiful parish of Pico Island, and within close proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery store and bakery.

Pico Formoso - Casa Férias "Vínea Lava" Prainha

A casa "Vinea Lava" fica a 25 km do Aeroporto do Pico, a 15 Km do porto de cruzeiros de São Roque do Pico com ligações diárias para a ilha de São Jorge, Faial e outras, a 3 km de Centro de mergulho em Santo Amaro, a 300 m de Piscina natural excelente e do mar cristalino e puro, a 1 km do centro da freguesia, de mercado, cafés, restaurante, padaria, multibanco jardim. A cerca de 3 km encontra-se o parque de merendas do Mistério da Prainha, praia da "Baia de Canas" e praia da "Baia da Areia".

Uma janela de frente para o mar e costas nas encostas da costa Norte da Ilha do Pico. Sentado na poltrona pouso o olhar em São Jorge lá deitado ao longe. Nos pés da casa o mar enovela-se como gato que ronrona. Fecho os olhos e sorrio, encontrei o paraíso... Antiga adega de pesca totalmente reconstruída na primeira fileira de frente para o mar. A vista é incrível a começar com o nascer do sol matutino. Abriga até 6 pessoas (4 pessoas em camas e duas em sofá cama). Espaço com 4 ambientes.

A casa Lima Sol é um espaço encantador, situada numa zona calma da freguesia de Santo Amaro, onde acorda no meio da natureza e à noite tem o canto dos "cagarros". A casa tem as amenidades de um estilo de vida descontraído. Open space quarto/sala com cama de casal e um sofá cama. uma casa de banho e uma cozinha. Num recanto encantador também tem acesso a uma zona com churrasqueira. Á frente surgem as encostas da zona norte da ilha. A cerca de 200 mt encontra a zona balnear do Portinho.

Composta por 2 pisos com 2 janelas panorâmicas, pode alojar 4 pessoas, 2 no quarto e 2 na sala em sofá-cama. Tem 2 WC's completos. Vale mesmo a pena acordar para ver o nascer do sol!
