The + of the house: The thick walls and double glazing maintain a pleasant temperature in winter and summer. A skylight opening onto a well of light, illuminates the main room in an original way. A jacuzzi under a skylight in the master suite, to relax under the stars. The patio walls hiding views from the neighborhood add a “little private paradise” feel to the house. The small pond in the middle of the garden has a small fountain which gives a relaxing Zen feel. The advantages of the village: very pretty views, very quiet village, a small restaurant / grocery store / bakery, provides food assistance and makes up for the laziness of cooking. Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.
