The fully fenced backyard is an excellent space for children and pets to run and play, the cozy fire pit nestled into the woods is situated with a great view of the entire yard.

Excellent restaurants are located w/in a 15-30 minutes drive. West Virginia University is only 20 minutes away. The New River Gorge National Park is 2 hours away. World class whitewater rafting is 15 minutes away.

With wraparound decks and a downstairs privacy deck with outdoor shower, River Watch has unparalled river/mountain views. With 300 ' of riverfront , RIver Watch has an excellent put in/take out with a riverside fire-pit. With up to date amenities like Wi-Fi , smart TVs and good cell service, it' s great place to work from remotley. Also, great floating and great fishing.
