Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. It can accommodate up to 7 people. My home is located in the splendid hill of Posillipo, in the city of Naples, close to the sea. It covers the entire last floor of a villa, with independent access and two parking spaces. We call it "a sunny place" since it's always sunny and yet fresh due to the sea breeze. You will have a fantastic time just relaxing in our large terrace or wandering around the beautiful surroundings. You can easily reach the fabulous sites of Pompei, Sorrento, Capri and Ischia.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
