Historic condo in the Arcade Providence, a registered National Landmark built in 1828 as the first indoor mall in the US. This exact unit was featured on the Rachel Ray show and described as “the coolest, smallest apartment [they’ve] ever been in.” Enjoy a living area with large TV, small kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom that sleeps two. A murphy bed in the living room folds down to a twin bed. The Arcade is in the center of downtown Providence, a 5-10 min walk to Brown and RISD.

Our tiny was built for family and dear friends to come and enjoy Providence, and all the surrounding wonders. When it’s not shared with our family and friends we open it up here. Our one-bedroom apartment is plenty spacious for two people and a cozy stay for more than two. It's a stone's throw away from Hope Village, where there is plenty of charm, shopping, and great food. We are less than a mile from Brown and RISD. The apartment has its own private entrance. There is no parking on the premises, however, there is plenty of free street parking, very often right in front of the house.
