Tropea - appartamento sul mare nel Centro storico

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Superb location in the charming “centro storico”of Tropea on top of the cliff overlooking breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the iconic church of Santa Maria del isola and Tropea beaches as well as the Aeolian islands. The apartment was recently renovated and takes place in a 16th century ex-monastery. It has 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining space area. Ampio e luminoso appartamento situato al centro della Costa degli Dei, precisamente a Briatico (VV), distante 15 minuti d'auto da Tropea e da Pizzo Calabro. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere velocemente, sia in auto che in treno, le località più belle della Calabria: Tropea, Pizzo, Parghelia, Zambrone, Capo Vaticano, Ricadi. A pochi metri dall'appartamento si trova il Lungomare di Briatico, a 700 metri la stazione ferroviaria, a 15 minuti a piedi la suggestiva spiaggia della Rocchetta.

Meravigliosa casa in centro a strapiombo sul mare

Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. City Tax not included 1,5 Euros per night per person to be paid in cash upon arrival .
