L’alloggio si sviluppa sul intero piano della villa, con le due camere da letto,un bagno e un soggiorno con cucina,dalla quale si accede alla terrazza con vista mare verso l’isola dell Asinara! La posizione è strategica, in quanto risulta tra il paese di Stintino e la spiaggia della pelosa (1km circa 3minuti dalla casa).
