The Otter Pod at Hillcot Farm

Located in its own one acre plot which is fenced and gated. Hillcot is a working equestrian centre so plenty of horses and our friendly cute sheep.

The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The pretty garden wraps around the cottage on three sides and two levels and runs down to a bubbling brook at its foot (the brook can not be easily accessed from the garden and should pose no danger to children)
