Close to Hornby Island, Qualicum, Mount Washington; nearby village of Bowser has a grocery, coffee shop and liquor store. Located between Courtenay & Parksville; we are 15 minutes to Denman Island Ferry, 20 minutes to Qualicum Beach & 2.5 hours from Tofino. We also offer the use of two pelican kayaks for rental.

Wake up to the sounds of the waves and enjoy the sunsets and sea lions from your private balcony. It’s the perfect spot for a sunrise or sunset dip! We also have an outdoor picnic table where you can enjoy your meals, and a fire pit. Please note: our unit is accessible via one flight of stairs.

Set high above the roadside there are stunning ocean and forest views from the deck and across the road is our local eagle sanctuary for bird watchers!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Very central with close access to the highway for a quick trip to any destination around the island. Within a few minutes drive you can be at Spider Lake, Horne Lake, Big Qualicum River and hatchery, and Deep Bay Marina.
