A lockable shed for your sport gear is provided. Please note that the home has a strict no pet/party rule. Approved non registered guests only (max 4).

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The Rusty Bear - Waterfront home on Kootenay Lake.

The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

This newly renovated, contemporary suite is situated on one of the most beautiful, golden-sand beaches on Kootenay Lake. It's mere steps from the expansive patio down to the grassy yard and beach. The location of the suite is a short 7-minute drive along the scenic North-shore road to BOB and Lakeside Park. From there, it's only another 5 minutes to Baker Street where you can enjoy the myriad of unique restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and night life.

Waterfront Log Cabins right by the water. Equipped for up to 8 guests ( one king, one queen and 4 twin extra long beds) but most comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Ideal for families and couples. Equipped with Telus 6 Wi-Fi, fire pit, picnic table, covered decks. Dog friendly ($25 per dog/night). A/C *During peak season, starting on June 28 and ending on Sept 1 -weekly rentals only/7 nights minimum, with weeks starting and ending on Saturdays

Blue Heron Beach House (Private Vacation Suite)

Relax in your suite with your own private 170 feet of beach on Kootenay Lake near Ainsworth Hot Springs and historic, eclectic City of Nelson. Three minutes from Kokanee Provincial Park and 10 minutes from the Balfour Ferry. Nelson is a twenty minute scenic drive along the West Arm of Kootenay Lake. Kokanee Zipline is a short 5 minute drive and we are on the doorstep of many famous mountain bike trails in Kokanee Glacier Park.

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. Longbeach Suites 2 Bdr. On the lake.

Longbeach suites, located on the west arm of Kootenay Lake 21 kms north of Nelson BC providing 171 ft. of beach front. We have two separate suites available on the upper level of our home overlooking the beach. The suites are accessed from the parking area by one of two stair cases or an enclosed wheel chair lift to the upper deck. A new saltwater system hot tub has just been installed for your pleasure
