We sleep 12 comfortably in 7 rooms with 3 floors, heated pool and tennis on a large 1 acre corner lot with new outdoor shower and kitchen. Large alcove living and dining rooms, downstairs den and french doors lead to pool and bbq. Upstairs Master has attached TV den. Near beach with walking distance to village. The House is 10 miles to Southampton and Westhampton and located just a few blocks from the Hampton Jitney, which can allow for easy access to NYC at a moments notice.
