Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Our Deeradise includes 60 acres of private hunting ground. Our 60 acres (private hunting) also borders a 30 acre tract of public hunting ground. Also there are 11,000 acres of state owned public hunting ground within 5 miles. Perfect for hunters. Twisted Vine Winery within 5 miles. We have a convenient store a few minutes away together with a dine in restaurant within five miles. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a couple's getaway. There’s also Tu Endie Wei State Park and a river walk with hand painted murals along the flood wall. A PERFECT place for a Mothman enthusiast!!

Camp Forever Cabin West

Escape to the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio at Camp Forever! Our property is located in the countryside, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We offer amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit and lots of games! Camp Forever has a primary bedroom and lofted beds upstairs. Please note that there is another cabin 67 ft apart. Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.

The 12x40ft space has a queen, 2 twins, another bed in the loft, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Local coffee provided. Owners live onsite should any issues arise. Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).

Sun Valley Farm Cottage

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm fresh eggs and hang out with the farm animals during your stay!

This is a quiet space located in within walking distance of The University of Rio Grande and Bob Evans Farms. It would be great for one person or a couple. It features a queen size bed and a futon. The unit is located above a garage. There is parking for one car on the premises. Please do NOT park under the breezeway.
