The Retreat - Private and Peaceful

Sitting atop a two and half acre private property, this home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Property has direct access to the Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve. Stunning views from every room. Original wood French doors open off the dining and living rooms inviting the outside in. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall just outside the kitchen while having your morning coffee. Dine al fresco on the patio or just relax with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries. This pet-friendly home features stunning mountain views, a unique indoor-outdoor living space, and access to a working farm with friendly animals. Perfect for romantic getaways or a tranquil country escape, enjoy serene sunsets and the charm of farm life.Guests enjoy their own private backyard, separate from the common farm areas, creating a peaceful space to relax, unwind, or enjoy a private fire pit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in an organic citrus farm on a 27-acre private land with mountain and valley view of citrus and avocados groves. This unit has its own private entrance and a private deck with outdoor sink, BBQ and dining area. The indoor living space is about 960 sf, and the deck area is about 800 sf. The house is powered by solar array and Tesla batteries, so we won’t have a blackout even during power outages as long as not a lot of AC being used.

Perfect for a single couple, this private cottage is 800 sq ft. library/living room with a Samsung streaming TV and Wifi. Other features include a refrigerator, microwave, toasteroven, coffeemaker, barbecue, and multiple decks with views. Lots of books to read & and pool. Bedroom and large bath have all of the comforts of home, including heat/ac.This wonderful location (elevation 2,000) has ocean/mountain views. Please ask about pets. There is no food service but restaurant close

The house sits on a acre of land, fully fenced and secure with abundant fruit trees for your enjoyment.

The Tiny Cabin - Coral Tree House

The hot tub is being replaced and will not be available until June. The pool is not heated. *Owners live on site, are available to answer questions and provide assistance, but give guests their privacy. *The sleeping porch is not heated. *Cooking is limited. *Riley, the world's sweetest dog, lives on the property. *Parents, the pool is unfenced and there are no vertical posts in the stair railings. *Only registered guests are allowed on the property. *No pets. *No smoking.

Near wineries, wedding venues, restaurants, golf, casinos, 20 minutes to Old Town Temecula. 30 min. to Oceanside. 45 min. to SD zoos. The casita is connected to the main house by the garage, there are no adjoining walls to the main house. It is a separate residence & has its own gated parking area.
