Casa Collini - Luxuriöse Villa mit Meerblick+Pool

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

The spacious and well-maintained yard features a 36 m² infinity pool with sun loungers, a children’s playground (trampoline, slide, table tennis, and badminton), as well as a barbecue and an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
