Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

If it was a person you could describe it as very friendly with a touch of sophistication, with a welcoming soul and modern spirit. The lush interior is enveloped with a 1000 sq m garden where you can take a stroll, have a barbecue or just sit under a 100 year old yew tree and plan your trip ahead - you'll probably want to stay at Pipa's place though.

My apartment is situated in a green and quiet popular residential area of Ljubljana 7 km from city center. Completely renewed in Dec. 2019 it offers a very relaxing holiday staying suitable for 3 - 5 adults or family with children. Its own entrance from the garden enables privacy, but with complete support of the host (Tanja lives in the house) when needed. This floor apartment of 52 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 with views of the garden, meadow and trees is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Welcome to That Cat Flat - a quiet, spacious, charming apartment with private (free) parking. Situated within walking distance (15 minute walk to the city centre) of all local sights, with Ljubljanica river and its stone beaches at the very doorstep, it is the perfect starting point to explore this historic city. If you want to, you can come see our 6 cats! We live right next door. They'd love to play with you, get snacks, and be cuddled. They are NOT in That Cat Flat.

Railway station is in 50 m range and bus station in 300 m. Apartment offers self check-in and is located on the 1st floor. Residence has free parking space and electric charging station. The kitchen is fully equipped, towels are provided. Tax (3.13 eur per day per person) is paid at the accommodation.

The flat is is located in the central park of Ljubljana, on the verge of the woods, where you are likely to come across deer and hares. The environment has an artistic atmosphere: the Graphic Centre with its nice coffee shop, and Švicarija with studios of a number of Slovenian artist and a bistro, are in close vicinity In summer time, there are artistic events, concerts and performans. It is a 15-minute walk to the old part of the city, mostly through the park.
