Rainbow Creek was curated for lovers and adventurers. Nestled on the edge of the rainforest in Kalang, you are immersed in nature - birdsong, glow worms and a million stars at night. We are far enough from Bellingen to feel like you have truly escaped but close enough to go out for a romantic dinner or a relaxed breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Surrounded by State Forest and complete serenity, though only 10 mins from restaurants/cafes, and groceries, here you will wake to the sound of birds, and very little else, the peace is outstanding. Pelican Cottage

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

'BELLO AWAY' Teeny Tiny House Self-Contained

Bello Away is located in our back garden. This self-contained TEENY TINY home with attached covered bamboo verandah has all you need for your stay. A comfy double bed, fresh cotton sheets, doona, bathtowels, tv, microwave, fridge, electric 2-plate cooker and washing machine. The verandah has a lovely chilled vibe. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee, or take a leisurely stroll to town (12-15min walk/3 min drive) to the many vibrant cafes, pubs, boutiques and a plethora of culinary delights.

Sunny Corner Pastures -Cedar

A secluded couples’ retreat on a lush rainforest hilltop, overlooking the tranquil Kalang River—just 5min from vibrant Bellingen. Sink into your private steaming cedar hot tub, unwind in a luxurious king-size bed, and cozy by the wood fireplace in winter or cool off in the sparkling pool in summer. Enjoy a thoughtfully provisioned breakfast on arrival, rejuvenate in the cedar sauna & cold plunge, then finish with a chilled bottle of bubbly on us. A serene escape to reconnect and recharge.

Ponytail Farmhouse - perfect place to unwind

The perfect place to relax and unwind there is a large wrap around verandah and undercover area with bbq facilities that allows comfortable outdoor living in all types of weather. There is a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials. A timber combustion heater will keep you warm in winter and air conditioning in two bedrooms and the living area will keep you cool in summer. The three bedrooms each have a queen size bed. All linen/towels are provided including beach towels.

Private oasis-garden, pool and S/C studio

A tranquil and private oasis from which to enjoy the delights of Bellingen, a 15-minute walk across the Bellinger River to town. The large 1 room studio has a comfy queen size bed, wardrobe, living area with stylish seating, smart TV with Netflix and a kitchenette with microwave, hotplate and air fryer plus full-sized fridge. The large separate bathroom has a shower. There is a delightful outdoor area solely for your use complete with fire pit, eating area, barbeque & plunge pool.

Hungry Head Hideaway

An easy 1km walk to the beach, Hungry Head Hideaway is nestled amongst the trees & surrounded by an array of birds & native wildlife. Don't be surprised if you encounter kangaroos, wallabies, kookaburras, yellow tailed cockatoos or lorikeets during your stay. Perfectly located only 3kms from the town of Urunga & its beautiful boardwalk; 20kms from Bellingen; 27kms from Coffs Harbour & less than an hour drive to Dorrigo's breath taking waterfalls & rain forest walks.

Nambucca Valley Train Carriages "Green carriage"

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.

The Barn Bellingen

A light and airy, newly renovated 100 year old barn, using recycled materials lovingly restored by our local super skilled friends. Just 3 minutes walk into beautiful Bellingen town. Private and secluded in the grounds of our home with its own laneway entrance. We are a family of 4 with our dog and our cat. Super comfy king size bed. The property isn't suitable for young children.

The EcoShed - Private Riverfront Getaway

Overlooking the beautiful Bellinger river it is the perfect place to chill and enjoy comfort in the middle of nature. Located on 23 acres just 5 minutes from town, with outdoor terrace, BBQ and fire pit. Private nature trails, and waterways with platypus and kookaburras on your doorstep. Swimming spots, beaches, waterfalls and national parks within a short distance.
