Situated in an tranquil hamlet in the lea of Butser Hill, nestled in and amazing view of the South Downs National park a stones throw from Petersfeild. There’re beautiful walks in the surrounding area whilst being very accessible to the A3/train going up to London and Portsmouth. Should you be walking the South Downs way, there is a beautiful walk off the top of Butser Hill. We can also help with supermarket deliveries. We have two bikes you are welcome to borrow for 5min cycle to nearest shop.

The little Annex

Light and bright small self contained annex in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

Spacious and Stylish Home in Heart of Top Village

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Beaufort Lodge - private lodge in tranquil setting

In the heart of the South Downs National Park, Beaufort Lodge is an immaculate, self contained lodge in the garden of our property in the ancient market town of Petersfield. Entry is through its own front door leading to the main living area with king size bed, TV, settee, fridge, microwave, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine. The separate bathroom is situated at the end of the living area with a walk in double length shower unit, sink and toilet.

Woodrest Cabin, South Downs National Park

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

One bedroom house in Waterlooville. An ideal base.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.
