The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. A small welcome hamper with breakfast essentials is provided. The station is a 15‑minute stroll, with Manchester, the Dales, Whalley and Clitheroe all easily reached for walks, shops, tea rooms and dining.

The Lodge is our smallest and most secluded hideaway, a cosy and private retreat. Set in its own enclosed garden, it offers a peaceful place to switch off. Inside, there’s a comfortable double bedroom, a modern en-suite, and a compact but well-equipped kitchen. The snug lounge opens onto the private deck and garden, with space for two, plus a dog or small child.
