While in a neighborhood in the town, out our doorstep, the Cowlitz River is a three minute walk. Enjoy sitting next to the wood stove after a hike up in the national park, grab a board game - lounge! Packwood is at the intersection of US HWY 12 and Gifford Pinchot Nat Forest Rd 52. Home to a brewery, coffeeshop, burger stand, tattoo artist, dive bar and more!

For the same price as a local hotel, this tiny house, tucked back on a private quater acre in Packwood can be yours. Surrounded by endless recreation, go out and explore or stay local. All the comforts of home in a cozy space. Wifi, Queen bed in loft, full size bathroom with shower and on demand hot water. Enjoy the firepit and propane grill. We welcome wildlife while supporting native flora and fauna. Private trails, verdant groves, spring perennials abloom, moss-covered evergreens, ponds, orchards, wild berries and botanical giants surround the cabin. Adventure and tranquility in unison. Historical White Pass Ticket Booth Packwood

This is the original White Pass Ski Resort ticket booth, then lifty shack, and finally wax room, built in the 1950's, when White Pass first opened. It became somewhat run down and put out of service, but was rescued by a Packwoodian with vision. It was hauled down from White Pass on a flatbed truck, where it was given a new metal roof, insulation, rough-hewn cedar and corrugated metal interior walls. With log bunkbeds, rocking chairs, cozy blankets, it's a snug abode for skiers and hikers!

Riverside Escape / Hot Tub

Modern cabin at the peaceful end of a rural road along with its sister cabin, it features private access to Johnson Creek with the views of Mount Rainier, two bathrooms, a large washer and gas dryer, a hot tub, and a covered outdoor area with propane heating, fire pit and grill. The modern and airy living space, high-end furnishings, and appliances evoke a home-away-from-home feeling. We are just under 5min from town and 20min from White Pass. Our adventure getaway mountain cabin is in as good a location as they come! We are in a secluded 5 acre spot of forest land that is next to the national forest. Huge fire pit out back with the national forest and hiking trails literally accessible from the backyard, and the beautiful Cowlitz river swimming hole minutes away. With Mt. Rainier National Park entrance 17 minutes away and White Pass ski resort just 30 minutes out, our little slice of heaven boasts year round adventures!

Elk Track Cabin is located on 10 acres, near Burton creek with an abundance of trees and wildlife (especially elk!) along with an array of local birds. Newly renovated with live edge cedar trim and cabinetry, this space really does give you the mountain feel you will love. The location is located near ATV friendly roads, Forest service roads, and hiking trails. Minutes from Packwood and Randle. Centrally located to either Mt. Rainier or Mt. Saint Helens.
