There are 5 bldgs. with 2 units per building, plus 9 private homes tucked in the hills. The area is surrounded on 3 sides by land owned by the National Forest. This unit is available all year round & is great for the fisherman or someone wanting to get away from the city. You are close to the ATV, hiking, & the Mickelson Trails. Hunting is prohibited in gated area.

There is not a dishwasher, but there is a washer, dryer combination. There are two seperate Tv viewing areas if desired.
