The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. I'm a blue collar guy in a blue collar neighborhood in a blue collar house. House was built in 1959 and I have kept everything that works from that era. It's like going back in time. Oven, Dishwasher, some light switches, bath tub, and vanity are original. Plenty of vintage, workable pinball machines and vintage game consoles throughout the house. The place is yours to use. Also has a patio for outdoor grilling. Located near the lakeside community with local restaurants, shops, and breweries.

Cottage at Fruit Hill Orchard

The Cottage at Fruit Hill is nestled between our peach and apple orchards on my family’s 12 acre farm. Take a stroll through the peach blossoms, pick from our sunflower patch, enjoy some private time in the orchards during the fall, and gaze at our Christmas lights display in December. This charming cottage was originally built in the 1940’s and has recently been updated to be as comfortable for our guests as possible. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway at the orchard!

Tl;dr: This is a ground-level guest suite. Inside, you’ll find 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk, 1 kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso/pour over, 2 TVs, a laundry room, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor (separated by stairs and a locked door; separate entrances).
