The Olde Post House - Rathmell, Settle

The Olde Post House is located in the quiet village of Rathmell on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. It is a newly renovated 2 bedroom cottage, with both bedrooms having zip and link beds that can be 4 single beds or 2 superking beds. There is a living room with dining area with TV and Wi-fi in the cottage. The kitchen had electric hob and oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is also a kettle and toaster. Tea, Coffee and Sugar are provided. There is a large free carpark directly opposite.

Knotts View is detached property with 3 en suite bedrooms, one is ground floor. Superb kitchen diner flooded with light & french doors to the terrace. Spacious lounge with a wood burning stove, multi level ceiling with feature lighting & french doors. Conquered the challenge of The Three Peaks yet? Relax in the hot tub & take in the view to the summits of Ingleborough & Pen-y-Ghent. There are three en suite bedrooms, the two super king doubles can be prepared as twin bedrooms upon request.

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Old school cottage, Langcliffe, Yorkshire Dales

Old school cottage is a unique holiday home full of charm and character. Its large feature window and double height kitchen area is perfect for socialising. Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by. There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Well Cottage is centrally located in the small, charming market town of Settle sleeping 1-2 people. Ideally situated at the end of the High Street with free parking for 1 car. Shop, bars, restaurants and cafes are all within a 2 minute walk and the train station is within a 5 minute walk away. The Cottage is over 200 years old and has interesting historical features with internal stone walls and exposed windows. A small quirky cottage in a fabulous location.

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

Our stylish cottage is centrally located in the historic market town of clitheroe. Nestled on a quiet street, this fully refurbished gem, is just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars. It is ideally placed to visit the local attractions such as Clitheroe Castle and museum, the Grand Theatre, Homes Mill and the Everyman Cinema. There is a pleasant outside space where you can relax before heading out on your new adventures.

Amber Cottage,Oughtershaw on Dales Way,nr Hawes

Oughtershaw is a tiny, peaceful, rural hamlet of only 8 houses surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Nestling close to Oughtershaw Beck and oozing period charm is Amber Cottage, a traditional Dales house dating from 1732. The cottage is directly on the ‘Dales Way’, so ideal for walkers and is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day exploring everything the Dales have to offer.

Luxury lodge with hot tub (Shepherd’s Rest)

Located in the Forest of Bowland AONB, this luxury lodge is the perfect escape to unwind and soak in the country air. Surrounded by rolling fells and winding valleys you will feel truly relaxed after visiting Hartley’s Huts. The lodge is well kit out with an en suite bedroom in one half and kitchen/living area in the other half. The living area boasts a log burner which creates a cosy atmosphere whatever the season.

Ali's Little Woodland Wonder. A cosy shepherds hut that sleeps 2 adults (and a little one on request!). Situated in a 12 acre woodland with a vintage and retro feel. Located on our family run beef and sheep farm in the Yorkshire Dales. Well behaved pets welcome. Option to book an extra pitch for a camper van or tent when also using the Shepherds Hut to bring your friends for a night or two.
