Summerfield Bungalow

Summerfield bungalow is located just outside the village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby & Robin Hood’s bay. The bungalow is private, detached, not overlooked & is spacious, bright with stunning views from every window. From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.

Built 1710 this former fully restored fisherman’s cottage, has the benefit of rear door access to our owned grass area ( the 3 adjoining “ second home” cottages have the right of access)overlooking the Bay, with our own picnic bench.Coal (supplied)and log stove with gas central heating ( Nest system). The carriage is nestled in a field to the back of a working farm, surrounded by fantastic views and natural beauty, it is the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or relaxing evening following a days walk along the Cleveland Way. Children are welcome at the carriage and additional sleeping is available on the day bed in the living area.
