Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

On a quiet, friendly street a very short walk from just about everything - cafes, restaurants & bars, playgrounds & parks, shops, galleries & theatres. 10 mins walk along the seafront to the West Pier, Brighton Centre & i360. The house has plenty of space and light, great for families, groups of friends, couples and business travellers. We're very happy that many guests see at as "their" Brighton home and keep coming back.

The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.

Ideally placed to take advantage of the excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants that Windsor has to offer. Two train stations provide links to London. Activities include horse racing at both Windsor and Ascot, polo and horse riding in Windsor Great Park, golf at Sunningdale and Wentworth and rowing/boating on the River Thames. Ten minutes from Legoland.

A large family house on the seafront. Great for family reunions especially 3 generation get-togethers. Can accommodate all ages with inside and outside dining. Short drive to Eastbourne and Sovereign harbour with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Minimum 2 nights stay, prices will vary for school holidays and seasons. We cannot accommodate dogs at the house as there is too much wear and tear both in the house and the garden.
