Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

This cozy charming and quiet lake property is the perfect getaway for families & friends . Located 5 minutes off I-85 and is 10 minutes to Green pond Landing, 20 minutes to Clemson, Anderson and Seneca. Perfect place to enjoy fishing, shopping and Clemson football games, Enjoy using the back porch to view the sunrise over lake Hartwell and the wildlife as it pass through. The porch is a nice relaxing cozy place where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine while watching the lake glisten.

Come spend time at Lucky’s on Hartwell! Tastefully decorated and able to sleep 8 comfortably in this 3/2 on a finished basement. Just around the point from Carters Ferry Boat Ramp. Take an easy walk to the dock to watch the sunrise over the lake, then sit in the shade of the screened in porch after a day on the water. Catch monster large mouth off the dock. Spend time by the pond and cast a line for a simple, relaxing escape (fishing poles not provided). Private and serene, yet just 5 minutes to Walmart and Oconee Memorial Hospital—and only 13 miles to Clemson. The perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Minimum age to book is 25 years of age.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Waterfall Cove - East

Enjoy 1,400 sq ft with a magnificent view of a 25 foot natural waterfall. Secluded, yet only 10 minutes from SC I-85 (Exit 2 and 4) at this unique and tranquil getaway in a cove on Lake Hartwell. Private entrance from deck, full kitchen, dining area, bedroom with new queen bed, bathroom, living room (queen pull-out bed with memory foam). Two TVs,high-speed fiber optic Internet. Sleeps four.
