Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Nestled in 23 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, River Valley Country Park is the perfect base to explore West Cornwall, with Penzance, Hayle and Marazion a short drive away. Our well equipped 2 bedroom caravan has all you need for a relaxing holiday with central heating, double glazing, flat screen tv, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and outside furniture on the decking. With no on-site entertainment, the park is peaceful and relaxing with abundant wildlife in the woodlands and river.
