Designed around a custom moving window wall system, it opens fully to the outdoors, bringing the mountain right into your stay for unforgettable sunrises, sunsets, and true Mt. Hood magic.

The Alpine Den Is perfect for all occasions, from a romantic getaway to a family retreat. Located in an old growth forest near the Salmon River, nestled under a canopy of Firs and Cedars. The cabin sits on a picturesque half acre lot, minutes away from great restaurants, markets, golf course, biking and amazing hiking trails. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities. Our mountain cabin is the perfect getaway whether snow or sun! This two story, two bedroom cabin is great for couples, families or small groups. Updated and well stocked, with a gorgeous view of the Sandy River. Sorry, we no longer allow pets due to an unfortunate incident with a pup, but we do have our own dogs at the cabin from time to time if you are super sensitive to pet hair.

Enjoy the comforts of home in this cute and cozy A-Frame cabin, which offers both privacy and convenience to nearby activities! Located near The Resort at the Mountain, you're only 20 miles to Timberline Lodge and all of Mt. Hood's splendor. The Upper and Lower Salmon River Trailheads are just up the road, and a multitude of other hiking opportunities nearby.
