Hand Crafted Studio in secret Snowdonia Valley

The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. Hafod Hedd (Peaceful Summer Dwelling)

Hafod Hedd is set in a beautiful private woody location on a the banks of a river. It is the perfect get away for adventurous souls who wish to escape the modern world! Cooking, heating and hot water are provided by a real fire, light is provided by candles, and the loo is an eco-friendly compost toilet. The real highlight is bathing under the stars in a pair of al fresco baths. This dwelling is only suited to able bodied adults as there are steep paths, hot fires, and drops into the river.
