With its own private entrance and balcony, superb seaside and mountain views, is comfortably furnished with super king size bed (can be changed to two single beds if required), kitchen area and en-suite shower facilities. A nice and new apartment on one of the hills between Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol, very quiet and sunny. All rooms have window and the whole space has plenty of natural light. It has private entrance and parking. 5 minutes from the beach and all services. You have an entrance for the Levada Nova Walk near by the place. Table and chairs are provided for the balcony and also tropical fruits from our garden.

- Superb view over the sea - Queen size bed - 5 minutes by foot to minimarket, 10min walking down to Câmara de Lobos (historical fisherman village with nice restaurants, supermarkets etc) -15 min by car to Funchal - 10 min by car to Cabo Girão viewpoint - Can advice guests about the weather and choose hikings in the mountains - I am very happy to give all the support and information to the guests.

Guests have full access to the garden and heated saltwater pool.
